SteamVR™ base stations are required when using SteamVR™ Tracking. Four base stations are recommended when using VR apps that allow you to move around in the room. You can use either SteamVR™ 2.0 or 1.0 base stations provided that the base stations are compatible with each other. Read more about SteamVR™ base station compatibility. |
| SteamVR™-compatible controllers | Varjo headsets can be used without controllers. Note that your VR apps may have specific interactions that require a controller.

| Headphones | Headphones with a 3.5mm audio jack are compatible with Varjo headsets.
